The goal of TND Associates, L.P.  is to provide outstanding quality, service and attention to
detail, in it's custom homes, that both the homeowner and TND can be proud of. We have been building homes since 1994.


TND Associates, L.P. builds high end single-family homes ranging from $500,000 to $1,400,000 in west Knoxville and the surrounding area and won the Silver Award in the 2005 Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville's Parade of Homes with it's entry "The Northfield", a Frank Betz Associates design.
