Dear Gables & Gates:

My wife and I recently had an experience with Gables & Gates Realtor Nancy Gaines, that we feel so strongly about sharing, we wish every buyer and seller can experience it too. I want to preface that I am a very detailed person and strive for perfection, so admittedly I am not always the easiest person to please. I have bought and sold 8 homes in my lifetime with most of the major real estate companies as well as on my own, for sale by owner.

Upon looking for a home in TN, I cam across one of Nancy Gaines with Gables & Gates Realtors listings and was extremely impressed with the service she provided from her immediate response to providing information above and beyond what I had even asked for. Her name stuck with me, and when I was ready to sell my home she was prepared like a white tornado at our front door! I can not begin to express the professionalism, hard work, phenomenal attitude and graciousness of this "Model Realtor".

Nancy Gaines in my humble opinion should be the "Model Realtor" for all Realtors, as she took every bit of the normal hardships or worries out of the woes of buying/selling real estate and has made it a pleasurable experience. Not to my surprise Nancy Gaines of Gables & Gates had our home sold within weeks of listing. Suffice it to say, she is like all the television commercials that show these amazing Realtors that you think don't exist, until you meet Nancy Gaines!

With all the hardships of buying, selling and moving in general, it is great to know there are Realtors that make a difference! Thank you Gables & Gates Thank YOU Nancy Gaines!
